How to Register

Thank you for thinking about registering with us.

We have an open list and welcome requests for registration from patients living in or moving to the practice area.

Please note: The Practice operates across 2 sites and patients would be expected to attend appointments at either surgery – especially if requesting an urgent same day appointment.

The practice does not discriminate based on gender, race, sex, disability or age. We do have a zero tolerance policy (attach)  in place regarding abusive or violent behaviour towards our staff. Should a patient become abusive or violent then the patient will be removed from the Practice list immediately and an alternative Practice will have to be found.

You can register by coming into the Practice and asking at reception for a registration pack or by clicking on the link box on the homepage.

You will have a named, accountable doctor who is responsible for coordinating your care. You can however, still talk to or make appointments to see any of our doctors or nurses, not just your named GP.

The below link highlights our catchment area.  Those that live outside of the area will need to register with a GP Practice more locally to home.
