CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you cannot keep your appointment for whatever reason, please ring and leave a message via our automated cancellation line or use the NHS App. You can also cancel your appointment if you have received a mobile appointment confirmation text. Failure to cancel your appointment may result in your removal from this practice.
